This website, stevengreen4homes.com, is operated by Steven Green (California DRE #00839039), Realtor® with Park Regency Realty, 9275 Corbin Ave, Northridge, CA 91324. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” mean Steven Green.
This policy describes how Steven Green collects, uses and shares personal information through this website, and information received from our property-search provider in connection with your inquiries. Third-party providers also process information under their own privacy policies, linked below. This policy does not cover information collected offline.
Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us, plus basic technical information every website receives.

How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only in these cases:
- Service providers. AgentSpotlight.ai hosts this website and delivers your form submission to Steven by email. It may use your information only to provide that service.
- Our brokerage. Park Regency Realty may access client and lead records as required for supervision and record-keeping.
- People involved in your transaction. With your permission, we may share details with lenders, escrow and title companies, inspectors or other agents as needed to complete a transaction you ask us to help with.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, court order or licensing authorities, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Property search (IDX)
Home listings on this website are provided through an IDX (Internet Data Exchange) service operated by Apex IDX / RealtyTech, using listing data from the multiple listing service.
Search results and listing detail pages are hosted by Apex IDX. If you create an account there, save a search or a favorite home, sign up for listing alerts, or use a “Request Info” or showing form on a listing, that information is collected by Apex IDX and delivered to Steven so he can follow up. Apex IDX may also use cookies on its pages to remember your searches. RealtyTech’s own privacy policy (linked below) applies to the information it collects.
Listing information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and should be independently verified.
Cookies, analytics and third-party services
This website does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If we add tools such as Google Analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
Some features load content from other companies, which receive your IP address and basic browser information when you visit:
- Google Maps (maps and directions) and Google Fonts (text display), operated by Google (Google privacy policy)
- Apex IDX / RealtyTech (property search, described above) (RealtyTech privacy policy)
These companies handle that information under their own privacy policies.
Do Not Track: Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because this website does not track you across other websites, we do not change how the site works in response to it.
Communications and opting out
When you submit a form, you agree that Steven may contact you by phone, email or text about your inquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time:

We may still contact you about an active transaction you are involved in.
Keeping your information safe
How long we keep it. We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond and to provide services you request, and longer only where real estate laws or brokerage rules require records to be kept.
Security. This website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website can guarantee complete security.
Children. This website is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites. This site links to other websites, such as Google Maps and the Apex IDX search pages. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Your choices and California privacy rights
You may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information, unless we are required to keep it
- Stop contacting you

We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
